Emerson College

Founded by Charles Wesley Emerson in 1880, the Emerson College has trained art and communication students for more than a century. It is located in downtown Boston, Massachussetts, right in the heart of the Theatre District, overlooking the Boston Common. The college trains some 4000 students from the United States and from around the world every year. Emerson College has a list of notable alumni including Jay Leno, Bobbi Brown and Friends producer Kevin Bright.

Qi Wang is a Chinese student who is currently completing her final year at Emerson College. As a director, she focuses on humanitarian and social issues, portraying them with a very natural style. She is the director of photography of this short film, to which she added her personal visual style.

Ruby Huber is passionate about all forms of visual art. Now in her last year of College, she aspires to film a movie with women for women, or any movies that actively help the community progress. Ruby believes that movies are a universal language that can lead to significant changes.

Cara Casier comes from Winoosky, a small town in Vermont. A student of Art and Visual Media, her studies mainly focus on film direction and women's history. She loves historical dramas and her favorite directors are Tom Hooper and Nancy Meyers.

James Rowland

James Rowland is a producer for students of the Film and Television department and is involved in various campus organizations, such as Emerson Indipendent Video, EVVY and Emerson Channel. He hopes to produce a show such as the Tony Awards or the Academy Awards one day; in the meantime, he continues his career as a stand-up comedy performer in Boston.

Born and raised in Connecticut, writing has always been a passion that she explores in all its forms, from screenwriting to poetry. She worked for a media awareness campaign promoted by the American Congress and in the production of the "Antiques Roadshow" television program. A final year student, Alexis will complete her school career at the Emerson West Coast Campus in Los Angeles.
